We're moving some accounts to a system that require the full email address for the user name. I'm watching hundreds of users failing to log in because they're not using the right user name. AAARRGGGG!!!

Then you point them to the TWO newsletters that begin with a headline that read, "Important Announcement: This Announcement Will Affect Your Website! Please read it carefully."

There should be a fee for not reading the newsletter.

Your newsletters probably sound to most suspiciously like the virii going around!

Maybe I shouldn't start them out with, "You bank account information has changed" or "Viaga and good web hosting will make your life complete". Is that what you're saying?

I was thinking the same thing

The subject sounds similar to all the messages clients typically forward us from hackers:

Oh, that was the headline within the email but not the subject line of the email. The subject line stated our domain.

I guess there's not much one can say without being accused of looking like a spammer since they try to look like us.

Exactly! They come in like:

Subject: Important settings change for DOMAIN.TLD email
From: adminsitrator@DOMAIN.TLD
To: DOMAIN.TLD users
