Yup we used the cpanel transfer feature. Saved us from what looks like a sinking ship (navisite migration).

We make users register in the helpdesk before submitting issues and all other emails get rejected. No spam

Ok its been 26+ hours

We requested an emergency backup and its taking almost 24 hours to get. This usually used to take 1-2 hours. I realize the delay with the moving to navisite but shouldnt "emergency" issues still be handled accordingly? Anyone with related issues with backups?
