On July 26th I began working with your migration team to upgrade one of our servers. Needless to say this is a daunting task for us and certainly no small feat for your migration team. There are so many details on top of details to keep track of. I have no idea how you folks do it.
Our migration wasn't without it's own unique challenges. None the less, your migration team hammered out every issue in a very reasonable amount of time and with an unwavering adherence to professionalism and patience. The migration is finally done, the smoke has cleared, and things are starting to settle down. I didn't want to let time pass before thanking you and your staff for all their help through the entire process.

I had so much fun, I think we should do it again soon. When my stress level goes down to normal.
