It is not cognizant of the confirm add-on.... this is the two-step subscribe feature where user sends a subscribe request and receives a confirmation message to reply to before the subscription actually takes place. Not only was it not cognizant, but it was effectively turning it off whereby newer accounts have it turned on by default.

I have a patch file. Check your PM Arf.

I had a recent new client and for the first week, he had nothing but problems with the mailing list. (see my recent post about poor Navisite support). Whatever the problem was or is, it clearly wasn't working and I lost the client - he's still very angry about the whole experience.

Whatever it is, could you pm me too?
