Network very Slow?

I have one of my servers completly unavailable, and the others only partially available - is anyone aware of any problems,

Check how's your load. I've got a 32.00 load on one of our servers caused by tons of virus being scanned by clamav. I had to create a serial check instead of a parallel in procmail in order to avoid multiple processes of clamav hitting the server's load.
