Can't install anything with CPAN

Does anyone know what Error 11 is?

make: *** [test_dynamic] Error 11
/usr/bin/make test -- NOT OK
Running make install
make test had returned bad status, won't install without force

I tried to update/install a couple of modules - all result in same error, I can't even get Bundle::CPAN

Are you doing it from the command line? Have you tried using the tool in the WHM?

Install a Perl Module
