Need very basic backup server

I recently finished a program that uses rsync to copy server backup files to an off network server (yeah, I know, me and a million other people have done this). Anyway, I currently backup to an additional server within the NOC but would like to get an off network server for this purpose. Can anyone recommend a NOC that I can use for storing backups?

Some criteria:
1) I want limited server management - strictly security.
2) Server doesn't need to have a lot of horsepower since it's just used for storage.
3) NOC security is important
4) U.S. Based.
5) 1 - 2 Terabytes of storage.
6) 5000GB transfer per month.

Any thoughts?

Yes that would do nicely but it needs to be in the U.S.A. for legal reasons.
