Who has VPS in a Canadian datacenter?

Am looking for a starter VPS with Plesk 12.5.
Looking at OVH unless any of you offer it?

I use iWeb but only for a backup server. No control panels at all. Just command line. It's cheap, does the job, works, no support is provided unless I am willing to pay $75/hr, or the issue is with their network. So far, I haven't had to pay. 1 TB space, $85/mo. My understanding is that they're a good managed company according to the folks here who recommended them but I don't need managed server for backups.

Thanks that is helpful for backups.
This would be for hosting - clients wanting PHP7 hence asking specifically for Plesk 12.5- who know how long it will take cpanel to get it.
